Amy Taylor

When it comes to songwriting and performing, Amy Taylor  hits  the  mark  for  superior  work.  A
Capricorn, born January 1986 in Augusta, GA and raised on her  grandparents'  thousand  acre
farm in the small Georgia town of Stilson, she was introduced to country music  and  the  Grand
Ole Opry by her grandparents at an early age. When she was only 5 years old, her  grandfather
asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up. She replied, " I already AM a country music
singer, I just don't get to be on stage much." She was already singing in the church.

Ron Holland of The Georgia Music Channel  says,  "Amy  has  a  gifted  talent  for  writing  great
songs and then performing them to near perfection. The range and reach  that  she  has  in  her
voice when she sings is truly amazing."

Amy has shared  the  stage  with  Florida-Georgia  Line,  Chris  Young, Sammy  Kershaw,  John
Conlee, Confederate Railroad and others. She sang  a  duet,  "After The Fire Is Gone" (Conway
Twitty / Loretta Lynn) with Daryle  Singletary.   Amy  has  also  been  apart  of  the  Vern  Gosdin

She's been joined on stage by Scotty Wray, guitarist for Miranda Lambert  and  Johnny  Garcia,
guitarist for Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks, who  is  also  her  producer.  Her  latest  album,
recorded in Nashville, included some of  the  greatest  players in the business - Johnny  Garcia,
Brent Mason, Eddie Bayers, Mike Chapman, Rob Hogacos and Geno LeSage.

Ron says, "The song "On With The Show" has lyrics that are catchy  with  the  hook  that  keeps
you yearning for more. The music has awesome guitar riffs and a  rhythmic  chorus  that  pumps
you up, gets the adrenalin going.....and yea, the head starts shaking to the beat."

Three  of  the  songs  she  has  written  or  co-written  have  been  recorded by   country   artists
Steven Whitson (Tennessee) - "Best Thing"  &  "One  Good  Cry",  and  Laken  Loupe  (Virginia)
"Down The Highway". She continues to write  songs with  more  on  the  launching  pad.

It is no surprise that Amy Taylor is shattering the usual industry formulas because  nothing about
her  entertainment  career  has  been  normal.  Like  idols  before  her, she traveled  the musical
highway that spans from her hometown to Nashville’s famed Broadway Street and Music Row.

Everything about Amy Taylor is multi-dimensional, her penchant for  fusing  musical  genres, her
multi-faceted voice, and her contrasting personas. Is it any wonder then that the life and  career
of this out of nowhere up-and-coming artist is equally colorful and intriguing?
